Alert Quota Cap
Instant SMS warnings (ignition alerts, geofence breaches) are capped up to 300 texts monthly per device to comply with carrier spam rules. Push notifications remain unlimited.
History Retention
Historical logs of route playbacks, speeds, stops, and mileage reports are stored securely for 30 days (Basic), 90 days (Standard), or 365 days (Enterprise).
Session Boundaries
To secure login paths and balance resource loads, accounts are allocated up to 2 concurrent login sessions (Basic) and 5 geo-fences (up to unlimited for Enterprise).

In remote highways or underground garages lacking GSM signals, tracking signals stall. Fortunately, our smart chips store up to 5,000 logs in local flash memory, flushing them online when coverage returns.
Remote Ignition Control Execution
Commands like engine cut-off are sent via SMS or GPRS Gatelinks. If the vehicle is parked in underground cells or remote cellular deserts, commands queue and execute the moment the device reconnects.
